By now most of the US knows of Mark Sanford, his hypocrisy, and his penchant for shooting himself in the foot. So you can play the Mark Sanford Game.
In the game, you can pretend to be Mark Sanford or his lawyer appearing before the Family Court judge in a divorce with Jenny Sanford. Your goal is to come up with excuses for past behavior. From the classic, of acting inappropriately with other women, to finding a soul mate in some one other than your wife.
Next imagine what the judge is going to say about your excuse.
This game is fun with your friends or colleagues.

Lillies that Fester
Shakespeare said it best "Lillies that fester smell worse than weeds." It is bad enough with all the taxes, laws, regulations, and other necessary intervention with our lives that hypocrites take up more of our valuable time with their inanities.
So whenever, I reach the point that I want to scream at them, I think I will blog instead. It is more socially acceptable and saves my vocal chords so I can sing in the choir.
Speaking of singing: Don't try to teach a pig to sing, You annoy the pig, and just make your voice hoarse.
So, do I expect this to change behavior, other than mine? Of course not. But perhaps you have a gripe of hypocrisy that you want to post. Fine. No illegal threats, nor too many of the seven dirtiest words, or other such posting. Also, get your facts straight. If they deserve it, they deserve it. If they don't; they don't.

Why Festering Lillies?
Moral hypocrisy in human endevours seems to have no bounds. However, the worst sort are those who discover the "truth" a posteriori after basking in the glory of, or dishing it out to others.
Then, the shoe on the other foot hurts their sensibilities. At which point, they can't keep themselves from wanting to prevent or legislate activities that they themselves, only too shortly removed in time, engaged in.
